My Little Gingerbread Man
When cook puts on her apron to
Make gingerbread for tea,
I ask her, “Cooky, won’t you give
The little bits to me?”
Then I piece them all together,
And bake it in a pan;
And when it’s done, it’s just a dear
Wee, roly poly man.
