My Pillow

At night when I am tired

And want to go to sleep,

When I’ve said my “Now I lay me,

Pray the Lord my soul to keep,”

My pillow smiles and seems to say,

“Come rest your little head,”

And in just another minute,

I am fast asleep in bed.
